Input Configuration

Gateway has the provision of two input pins which can be configured for both Digital and Analog input. You can set the input mode and its details.

Check for the default input settings for each Gateway that will be configured for input. This information will be provided to you on Email.

Connect input to the desired input pin on the Gateway as shown below.

Enter the correct configuration details for the required input and click on Update.

Input Read Interval (Publish Interval)

Enter Publish Interval (in seconds) which is the interval by which input data will get published. It is common for both Input 1 and Input 2.

Mode

0

0 = Disabled 1 = Counter (Digital Input) 2 = 4-20mA (Analog Input) 3 = NTC (NTC Thermistor) Change input mode as per requirement.

Slope

1

Enter the Slope value in case of analog input. Can be set to 0 in other modes.

Offset

0

Enter the Offset value used for error correction in case of analog input.

Please refer to the Activity section to verify that the input configurations have been updated successfully.
